Games a little bit gay now when altercations like that result in a red card, but thats modern, money run footie for you.

to be fair to him, other than being a little mincy face push, that was about the most fight any of the players showed all game.

I think you can get a straight red after a yellow. Presumably the yellow was for the tackle and the red for the facial.

Re: WBA v West Ham - Official Match Thread 4-0 FT
So did Amalifitano get a yellow card AND a straight red - which you can't really have, OR

.. was it 2 yellows and therefore a red, for which Atkinson never showed the second yellow.

Will we appeal on a point of procedure?

I am not really being serious, but ...

Just how many away games have we been set up to play for a draw? Countless plus today

How well has the Nolan setup worked this season? Its been crap, also today

Where has Downing played at his best. Middle or wide? Middle yes, but not today either as Nolan took that again!

O'Brien and Cole, what do they offer to the team that a dev.squad player don't? Nothing, but what the fuck do BFS care?

I'm fucking SICK and TIRED of all the SHIT served by BFS over and over again.

Get the CUNT out of WEST HAM

Terrible sickening result.
In the head the brain tells you that you cannot lose 4-0 to West Brom just like you cannot lose 4-0 to Nottingham Forrest but then you wake up dust yourself off and get over it and like Obama say "Yes we can." .
I will achieve nothing by having a go at Allardyce or Nolan etc Fuck It these things just happen to West Ham it is not like we are Real Madrid 4-0 1-0 2-1 its all the same in the end Just feel bad for the brilliant Away support , God bless em.

Anyone arguing we don't have cover are deluded.
We have 3 center backs and have always had Kouyate as cover. Even Chelsea have used Ivanovic as a center back.
The best way to get cover is to use your younger players and development squad.
Not once has Allardyce used a younger player. He put's them in the squad or on the bench but with 7 players on the bench he still will use anyone in a false position than someone like Burke who could have stepped in. He never would of used Oxford like the liar tried to convince us he would.
It's this negative backward step that has left us in the position we are now in. Nothing to play for now.
Look at those substitutions today.

To be fair we had just has a season of uncle Avram when he arrived.

It all depends how the rest of the season goes, but if it doesn't get any better then his contract shouldn't be renewed.

Depends of course, on having a strong replacment lined up with plenty of cash to spend.

Hmmm...I see the club have put out an official apology along with A. Much as many seem to be at their wits end and are more than eager to see him go, I can't see the board pulling the trigger before we hit the new stadium. Personally, he has to go as soon as we hit 52-55 pts. We then go from there for the balance of the season and into next.

Re: WBA v West Ham - Official Match Thread 4-0 FT
problem is about having cover, unless your a big club with European football fairly decent players are not going to want to come and sit on the bench week after week.
We should give the youngsters a chance to shine.

Wtf are you talking about?I was on the phone while out walking the dog.

Frankly if you were unable to grasp what was being said with a few text corrections then it says more about your comprehension skills than my ability to type on a phone as the dog pisses on a lamppost.

Frankly talking to you is a similar experience that I should probably avoid.

Anyhow - the failure to get anyone in over the transfer window is probably reflective of a lack of support for BFS from the owners anyway. This was probably a pretty big nail in the coffin. It would have been tough to move him on if we got to the cup final anyway

The substitution of Sakho was the final straw today. We never looked like scoring other than one rather feeble effort by Sakho, Carlton was never going to do anything.

Unbelievably poor performance when we were all looking forward to / hoping for a place in the hat for the quarters. The season, instead, is pretty much over.

stirlinghammer 6:02 Sat Feb 14
Re: WBA v West Ham - Official Match Thread 4-0 FT
Agree Luke...after 3 years in charge, it stinks to have no cover within the club at centre back. He has managed the first team, development squad and kids in a purely selfish short term manner. This is obvious as job, Nolan and jussi still picking up first team wage packets. Rvt, o Neil and Taylor also here longer than required.

Part of me wants him sacked but the fat cunt will pick up a nice pay off. The other part says let him linger around and damage his reputation....however, he should go and we have plenty of time to secure a manager.

It's appalling that we have gone from wins v man city and Liverpool to this shambles. Pathetic management.
